the Community Assistant
Keep us grounded and together
The community assistant supports our operations manager to make sure our community runs smoothly at DTDT. They assist big time in the key role in our environment between employees, contractors, and clients. They make sure that we don’t break down, do anything illegal and take care of our clients – starting with our first clients, the DTDT team. They manage vendors, build relationships, they make us stronger. They are tracking our growth, playing a key role in our expenses, and are looking to make sure we are staying on budget. They are the bridge for each department and the eyes of the CEO. They are making sure that our process is strong to ensure that we meet our goals. They are the only direct report to the CEO.

the production assistant

Offline, online, revenue-generating, and fulfillment. Our entire process is … production is the backbone of what we do. Events for example play a huge role in how we create intimacy with our clients and how we acquire market share and build our foundation. This role is full of creativity and brings the best of who we are to the Center Stage to ensure that the team is getting out their clear message in a physical form and our guests, clients, and general attendees feel the impact of receiving it to help them grow both their lives and their business.

The Social Assistant

The person is responsible for assisting with the delivery, analytics and improvements in audience reach. This role is also instrumental in making sure we are meeting marketing deadlines, internal and and external reach goals and manages the analytics and communication to the team to ensure we are using the most effective method and marketing efforts for the objective. They will stay current on all campaigns, all funnels and marketing efforts along with the upcoming marketing needs for the organization.
This role will be highly engaged with the CEO.

This role’s number one focus is to maintain and develop our clients within our programs and help them produce results, and track them at DO THE DAMN THING NATION.
Our entire process is built up by the BOSS METHOD. We use that to help mold and shape the next step of the client and the long term strategy in their business. This role is a bridge between the client and the BOSS COMPLETE course. Their number one priority is to ensure the movement of the COLLECTIVE on a whole and to ensure happiness and satisfaction as our clients are moving through their process on their own timelines. They will assist in program deployment and development. Growth opportunities and curriculum delivery improvement.
